About Pass the Baton

Our Mission
Pass the Baton is dedicated to encouraging, empowering, and equipping men to grow in their faith, leadership, and purpose. We believe in fostering a sincere community of believers who are committed to running the race of life with perseverance and passing on wisdom, strength, and faith to the next generation.

Who We Are
Pass the Baton was founded with a deep passion for mentorship, discipleship, and spiritual growth. With over 20 years of coaching experience, leadership in nonprofit organizations, and a heart for ministry, we are committed to bringing people together in faith and purpose. Inspired by Kelly Olson and the women’s “The Baton Pass”, this ministry exists to provide men with the tools, encouragement, and support they need to walk boldly in their faith and lead with integrity.

Meet Our Executive Director
Cubby Chalmers, the Executive Director of Pass the Baton, brings a wealth of experience in coaching, nonprofit leadership, and ministry. With over two decades of mentoring and guiding others, Cubby has dedicated his life to helping men grow spiritually, develop strong leadership skills, and build meaningful relationships. As a husband of 26 years and a father of six, he understands the critical role of passing the baton of faith to the next generation and is committed to fostering a supportive and faith-driven community. His vision for Pass the Baton is rooted in empowering men to lead lives of purpose, integrity, and service.

What We Do
At Pass the Baton, we offer resources, events, and community engagement opportunities to help men strengthen their faith and leadership skills. Whether through mentorship, group studies, service projects, or online content, we are here to support and uplift those who seek to grow spiritually and make a lasting impact.
